Campus attractions stay open during winter break

The University of Texas at Austin is closed Tuesday, Dec. 22, through Sunday, Jan. 3, for winter break, but some campus attractions will remain open. Visit exhibitions at campus destinations such as the Harry Ransom Center, the Blanton Museum of Art and the Texas Memorial Museum, or take a tour of the university's public art program, Landmarks.

Harry Ransom Center
The Ransom Center will be open:
9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday
9 a.m.-noon Saturday

It will be closed on the following holidays:
Christmas Eve Day -- Thursday, Dec. 24
Christmas Day -- Friday, Dec. 25
New Year's Day -- Friday, Jan. 1

The Reading Room will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 22-Sunday, Jan. 3
