International Office monitors Haiti situation

Map of Haiti

After Tuesday's devastating earthquake in Haiti, the university's International Office continues to closely monitor the situation and is working with national agencies and university partners, including the U.S. State Department and International SOS, which provides medical assistance and security and risk management services, to ensure members of the university community are safe and to provide assistance if needed.

To the best of the university's knowledge, there are no Haitian international students enrolled at the university. Although there are no organized programs to Haiti, the International Office is working with cross-campus partners to identify students or faculty and staff members who may have been traveling in the region.
