Ken Hale, former associate dean of academic affairs for the College of Fine Arts, has been appointed senior associate dean of the college. In his new role, Hale will have a much enlarged scope of authority. Hale has served more than 30 years on the faculty in the Department of Art and Art History and for nine years as chair of that department.
