Miró Quartet Appoints William Fedkenheuer as Second Violinist

The Miró Quartet has announced the appointment of William Fedkenheuer as the quartet's second violinist. He replaces violinist Sandy Yamamoto, who retired from the quartet after a remarkable 15-year tenure to spend more time with her young children. This fall, Fedkenheuer joined the faculty of The University of Texas at Austin Butler School of Music, where the Miró Quartet has been in residence since 2003.
