Brownsville school named in honor of UT Austin scholar Américo Paredes

The preliminary spring 2000 enrollment total at The University of Texas at Austin is 46,484, according to Marsha K. Moss, assistant vice president and director of the Office of Institutional Studies. This figure represents an increase of 127 students from the spring 1999 total.
