WHAT:A UT Austin Job Fair on a Saturday to allow our community to access information about our 200+ job openings, to apply for employment and learn about the worklife at The University of Texas at Austin.
WHEN:Saturday, March 6, 1999, from 12:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
(UT Interactive is noon to 6 p.m., our event is as above.)
WHERE:UT Austin’s Employment Center, John Hargis Hall, immediately north of the Erwin Center at the corner of M.L.K. and Red River. Free UT Interactive shuttle service is available from designated parking areas.
WHY:UT Interactive is opening the doors of UT Austin on a Saturday for the public to attend “The Biggest Open House in Texas.” Everyone is invited to discover the amazing diversity of our campus. The Office of Human Resources wants to expose the excitement of working for the University, the perks and benefits available to UT Austin employees. Sixteen computers will be available for people to fill out applications. OHR professionals will be available to assist in the application process and to answer employment questions.
