WHAT: Opening ceremony and news conference for the Texas Family Literacy Center (Seating is limited and the event is not open to public). Texas First Lady Laura Bush will open the state’s first university-based family literacy center, which will help enhance the knowledge and instructional resources available to literacy educators statewide.
