AUSTIN, Texas—The Texas Campus Career Council (TC3) has announced the 2000 recipients of the Robert Murff Excellence Awards presented in recognition of outstanding support of career services at The University of Texas at Austin. They are Rob Addy, editor of the Daily Texan; Jodi Jenkins, publications coordinator at the Texas Music Office; Richard Lariviere, dean of the College of Liberal Arts; and the Los Angeles Texas Exes Chapter.

The award is named in honor of Dr. Robert Murff, the founder of the Career Center in Jester. He now is a lecturer in the College of Education. Recipients are selected from a pool of nominees submitted by members of the Texas Campus Career Council, a staff organization of career professionals employed at UT Austin. This is the second year the awards have been presented.

All of the winners will be recognized at a luncheon on May 2 at 11:30 am in the University of Texas Club.
