AUSTIN, Texas —President Larry R. Faulkner and other representatives from The University of Texas at Austin participated in “Send-Off 2000” celebrations in El Paso and Dallas recently to personally extend a welcome to students in those cities who will be entering freshmen at UT Austin this fall semester.
