AUSTIN, Texas—The University of Texas at Austin has received a library of technical and legal volumes worth more than $5 million from BP. The donation of the ARCO Technical Library and the ARCO Legal Library follows the merger last year of the Atlantic Richfield Company with BP Amoco.
