AUSTIN, Texas—Dr. Allen J. Bard, who holds the Norman Hackerman/Welch Regents’ Chair in Chemistry at The University of Texas at Austin, will receive the 2002 Priestley Medal, the highest honor presented by the American Chemical Society.
