Jeanne Freeland-Graves, the Bess Heflin Centennial Professor in Home Economics Education, has been awarded the Ragus Award for Best Scientific Paper for 2007 by the American College of Nutrition. The paper, entitled “Low-Income, Overweight and Obese Mothers as Agents of Change to Improve Food Choices, Fat Habits, and Physical Activity in the 1-to-3 Year-Old Children,” which appeared in June 2007.

Educator receives best paper award
Jeanne Freeland-Graves, the Bess Heflin Centennial Professor in Home Economics Education, has been awarded the Ragus Award for Best Scientific Paper for 2007 by the American College of Nutrition.
