Engineering students receive scholarships

Four engineering students received scholarships from the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Corporation. Aerospace engineering sophomore Miguel Cruz and civil engineering seniors Frederico Lozano and Denise Trevino won for the first time this year. Electrical engineering senior Carlos Silva will receive the scholarship for the third year in a row. The students can use the money for tuition, books or living expenses.
