College hires new development officer

Andrea Keene has been named assistant director of development, a position newly created within the College of Fine Arts. Keene’s primary responsibilities involve securing gifts for all departments within the college. Her initial focus will be on the Department of Art and Art History. Keene is a nonprofit and arts administrator and has eight years experience in fund raising, working for such organizations as American Ballet Theatre and Jennifer Muller/The Works in New York City as well as nonprofits in Austin.
