Warner Regents Professor in the Department of Radio-Television-Film, and Director, Telecommunications and Information Policy Institute, presented a paper titled “America’s Forgotten Challenge: Rural Access” in Washington. D.C. Strover presented her research as part of the Future of American Communications (FACT) Working Group, composed of 16 telecommunications scholars from 11 American universities. The group is recommending a communications policy agenda for the next administration.
