Star Award Recognizes Tomoko Traphagan

Tomoko Traphagan of the Division of Instructional Innovation and Assessment (DIIA) Instructional Assessment and Evaluation group has been presented the DIIA Star award. The award recognizes a DIIA staff member who reflects dedication and commitment to the core purpose and values of the university and Continuing and Innovative Education by significantly improving customer service or customer satisfaction for clients and improving the work process system or increasing the efficiency of an operation or unit.
