Event: The University of Texas at Austin’s University Office of Corporate Relations and the Austin Chamber of Commerce have invited local clean energy companies to an open house to meet with university programs, departments and services dealing with clean energy.
When: Wednesday, April 15, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Events of potential media interest include:
- Brief program from key faculty and students, involved in clean energy research, beginning at about 5:30 p.m.
Where: The ATandT Executive Education and Conference Center Ballroom, 3rd floor.
Background: The event is to enable attending companies to see highlights of the work the university is doing in clean energy, and realize the opportunities for potential collaboration. The University Corporate Relations Office is a liaison between The University of Texas at Austin and companies interested in involvement on campus. To accommodate the needs of local companies interested in making connections and engaging with the university, the Industry Open House was planned in partnership with the Austin Chamber of Commerce.
