The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is offering free admission throughout January to its gardens, art exhibits, store and more.
The Wildflower Center unveiled a new interactive exhibit as part of its free admission month. The contemporary exhibit has eight interactive stations that orient people to the center, inspire action and showcase native plants and their role in ensuring a sustainable future.
A new exhibit by two Texas artists titled “Anticipation: The Promise of Spring” opened Jan. 9. The exhibit features remarkable seed and pod sculptures by T.J. Mabrey, and evocative paintings of Vermont winter by Austin-based Eliza Thomas.
