Event: TEDx Austin is an invite-only event at the Austin City Limits KLRU studio that will bring together cutting-edge ideas from the worlds of technology, entertainment and design. An online live feed of the event has been sponsored by the Texas Evening MBA and Texas Executive MBA programs at the McCombs School of Business.

Background: This is the first TEDx (x = an independently organized) event to be held in Austin, and it is an offshoot of the popular TED conference started in 1984. “Play Big” is the theme of this event.
