Background: The 19th annual SXSW Interactive Festival is an incubator of cutting-edge technologies. The five-day event features presentations from the brightest minds in emerging technology. In 2012 leaders in the social media/non-profit space will showcase their work, sharing social media strategies that have contributed to their organization’s sustainability and growth. This preview of the festival will feature presentations and a discussion on the use of social media and other technologies to address concerns of non-profits.
