UT Austin and Texas A&M university presidents will join university alumni association chiefs to discuss the legislative priorities for Orange & Maroon Legislative Day 2017.

EVENT: UT Austin President Gregory L. Fenves, Texas A&M President Michael K. Young, The Texas Exes interim co-CEO and COO Will O’Hara, and The Association of Former Students at Texas A&M CEO and Executive Director Porter Garner III discuss the legislative priorities for Orange & Maroon Legislative Day 2017.

BACKGROUND: Alumni from The University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University will come together for Orange & Maroon Legislative Day on Wednesday, Feb. 15. This year will mark the eighth biennial legislative day for alumni from both universities to set aside their rivalry and join forces at the state Capitol to stress that an investment in UT Austin and Texas A&M is an investment in the future of Texas.
