AUSTIN, Texas —The University of Texas at Austin is currently still planning to hold its outdoor, university-wide commencement on Saturday, May 20 on the Main Mall, south of the UT Tower, as scheduled.
Rain is possible during the ceremony but severe weather is not currently forecast. Guests should plan accordingly. Umbrellas are not permitted for security reasons, so attendees should bring appropriate raingear if desired.
