The university Tower will shine with entirely orange lights and a “15” configuration in its windows to honor this year’s graduating class both Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24. The University of Texas at Austin The Class of 2015 is leaving the Forty Acres, and a two-night Tower lighting will honor the accomplishments of those Longhorns while wishing our graduates well as they transition from students to alumni.
On both Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, the university Tower will shine with entirely burnt orange lights and a “15” configuration in its windows. Darren Walker, president of the prestigious Ford Foundation and a longtime social justice leader, will deliver the keynote address during the main commencement ceremony.
