Each academic year from late September to early May, eight new students — from first-year undergrads to graduate students — share their thoughts, photos, videos and experiences online.
The students blog regularly throughout the year at Longhorn Confidential to show just what it’s like to be a Longhorn at The University of Texas at Austin.
Since fall 2006, Longhorn Confidential readers have been privy to blog entries ranging from the hustle and bustle of the Main Mall between classes, participating in a rally at the State Capitol and excitement about graduation to reflections on waking up to no hot water in a dorm. Other insights run the gamut from tips about time management, finals and the cost of textbooks to musings on snow days, foot surgery and upcoming nuptials. Students also share what it’s like to attend college in the vibrant city of Austin.
Longhorn Confidential includes profiles of each of the bloggers, their personal photos and videos, and RSS feeds to make it easier to stay up-to-date on all the latest blog posts.
