Background:

In an effort to better address Title IX and misconduct issues at UT and in response to concerns expressed by students in recent months, university leadership created the Misconduct Working Group. The working group is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff.

This group will examine and identify opportunities for the university to improve how we review and communicate about sexual misconduct and other related issues. It will work to solicit feedback, examine topics around vocabulary, communication, and policy.
